Hi Michele so sorry I missed you today, but let me take the time to say thank you so much for a wonderful job you and your staff have done taking care of Mrs B, I could not have found a better agency , I would highly recommend you and your staff to any one in need of proper care and nursing and would not hesitate to use you again.

Many many thanks.

Dr Hughes

My expectations of your organisation were high from the moment that we spoke by phone and you assured me that arrangements would be made for round the clock home care to commence as soon as needed.

Every aspect of your service, from the pristine uniforms and well-trained care personnel to the efficient office staff and careful record keeping, represents the benchmark for quality care. Thank you.  Dr Hughes, Retired Hospital Consultant (London, UK)

Mr K P – client-patient

“I’ve been engaging Health Professionals Homecare since 2009. When my wife was alive their sensitive, professional and practical care was excellent. Today, they assist me with meal preparation, shopping and medication administration. My carers are all very kind and offer welcome companionship during my day. I’m completely satisfied with their service.”

Dr Aly H, relative of client-patient

“Health Professionals RN Agnes privately nursed my father at home after an extensive hip procedure. She was very good at her work, honest, organised and always cheerful. I would recommend her hands down and would certainly use her services again if the need arose.”

Mrs H, wife of client-patient Mr H

“Health Professionals carer Bernadette – or Bernie – as we’ve come to call her, has been coming to care for my husband for nearly two years now. My husband has Dementia and her kindness and understanding are just exceptional. She’s very good at her job and is in control without being intrusive. Knowing Bernie is in control is a real comfort to me and I know that my husband likes her. As my husband’s condition worsens over time, I know I could find no better carer to be on hand to support us. If anyone deserves an accolade, Bernadette surely does…”

LG (London, UK)

“Every nurse and carer from Health Professionals who cared for me at home was kind, sensitive and efficient. Having them in my home was both a comfort and a pleasure.” Mrs Rica A

“I first called HP Homecare in a crisis on Christmas Day 2011. Michele took the call and within 24 hours, had visited and set up a care plan for my father. It was not a tick-box process but a carefully designed, bespoke care package and the service is always tailored to reflect changing needs.

“The ethos at Health Professionals Homecare is professional, caring and holistic – not only for the client needing care but for their entire family situation. Michele Jogee takes time to tailor the service to any changing needs, and has visited us both at home and in hospital to ensure that any adjustment to the care package is carefully implemented when required. I’m so grateful to Michele and her team for all of the care over many years and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

Ms Claire B

Mrs. M

I first met Michele in 2014 when my mother-in-law needed help after a fall which resulted in a broken hip. From the very beginning Michele’s professionalism and compassion stood out.

On meeting my mother-in-law Mrs H, Michele’s sure and quick assessment of her needs was spot on. The carers whom she sent were very suitable for the task in hand and well matched to the personality of Mrs H. Michele gave sound, informed and practical advice when I needed it during this first session with Homecare.

Now here we are again in 2019 using Homecare to help with 94 year old Mrs H’s physical needs and some dementia. Michele has been able to suggest an assessment by the doctor of the exact cause of H’s memory decline in order that the carers who come have the correct approach. Michele has explained to me several helpful facts about dementia.

When there has been reluctance on H’s part to accept more care Michele has visited and re-established the marvellous rapport that she had with her and smoothed the way. Michele knew what Mrs H liked discussing and understood her specific needs. This was reflected in the outcome: an acceptance of care and a delight in seeing Michele again.

With Michele there is always a keen judgement of what is required coupled with an immense humanity and a genuine concern for clients who are often going through times of great vulnerability.

It is reassuring to know that someone we love and worry about comes under her aegis. I feel, and I know that my husband does too, that We can contact Michele at any time and that concerns will be heard and dealt with.

To us Michele is Homecare.

Ms F

I am Mr. F's daughter. My father, now 97 years old, lives at home with my mother, who is 94. He needs 24/7 care.

I first met Michele Jogee at Christmas 2011. My father had been rushed into hospital almost completely immobilized by extreme pain. He was prescribed a raft of medication to treat the pain but his mobility was very suddenly and severely decreased. We realised then that he would need a lot of care if he was to stay at home, which was his (and my mother’s) wish.

I spoke to Michele on Christmas Day 2011. Of all the potential care providers I tried to contact during the holidays she was the only person who answered the ‘phone. She visited my father in hospital on Boxing Day, as I recall, with my mother and me, to discuss his immediate needs.

Very efficiently and with tact and consideration for both my parents, Michele took us through the assessment process in hospital. She then arranged for nursing care at home, which meant that my father could be discharged. After a few months his condition was better managed by medication and Michele re-assessed his needs; the involvement of HP Homecare Professionals was changed to the provision of carers. Over the years since then, Michele has worked with us to provide whatever care has been needed, which has changed from time to time. She has been quick to respond to my father’s changing needs and also very sensitive to my mother’s situation, concerns and requirements. She has helped to ensure that Health Professionals Homecare provided first nurses then carers who were a good ‘fit’ for my father while not upsetting the home environment for my mother more than absolutely necessary. Her approach is holistic and sensitive.

Michele has kept in regular contact with my parents and with me. Her regular visits and assessments have meant that any small change was dealt with quickly and efficiently against the background of medical, general care and support needs. Inevitably over such a long time there have been occasional problems but Michele has always helped to resolve these as quickly as possible. We have no real idea of what the future will hold for my father, indeed for both my parents, but I am confident that with Michele’s help we can rely on Health Professionals Homecare to ensure that their changing needs are met holistically and in the best possible way for them and the whole family.

Mrs N

We were delighted that you were with us for as long as you were for that is a true testament of the person you are and the dedicated service and support you have given us since 2015.

You, personally, are one of a very few handful of individuals we have the pleasure of knowing who is totally dedicated to your profession and can be approached directly, no matter what time of day or week. We believe that you have made it your own mission to make yourself available to your clients, many of whom, like us, have been with you for a long time. It is such a relief to know, that in times of medical and personal crisis, we are able to rely on you not only for immediate help but valuable advice too. Health Professionals Homecare have amidst them a most valuable asset – YOU and without your presence and ongoing involvement on a daily basis it would be just another Care Provider. You make ALL the difference and our principal reason for remaining with Health Professionals Homecare. Under your baton, the Carers you supply us with are a reflection of your high standards of care and also bring with them their own unique personality and sense of humour which has made it a pleasure for Norris and me to enjoy over these years. Please make sure that YOU are around until N reaches the ripe young age of 120 plus the all-important 3 months!

Mrs G

We have known Michele for five years now in her professional capacity and she has always given us excellent advice, insight and care.  From her first assessment interview it was clear that she had a good understanding of the needs of Mr D, who has MS, and over the course of our time with Healthcare Professionals she has always managed to put in place a suitable carer who can provide him with the personal assistance he needs.  She really does take into account the personality of her client when thinking of a carer who will not only be able to support on a practical level but who is also in tune on an emotional and psychological level.

Michele has always been our first point of contact for the rare occasions when care arrangements have gone astray.  She answers calls very early in the morning and late at night and has been able to resolve issues swiftly whilst reassuring us that all care needs will be met.  In the only instance when a carer was unsuitable Michele acted swiftly to change the Rota so that Mr D could be looked after by someone different.

The nature of Mr D's disease means that his care needs can change quite rapidly and provision needs to be changed equally promptly.   During these times we have looked to Michele to help us change the provision to match the needs.  She has stayed in contact by telephone and email so that all information can be shared between different healthcare providers.  She is always keen to keep assessments of needs up to date and to adjust care plans.  This was particularly the case during Mr D’s recent hospitals stays.  This was an emotionally upsetting time for us but Michele’s help, advice and supportive manner has made all the difference.

In all aspects, Michele has given us an excellent level of service and care.

With kind regards,

To us Michele is Homecare.

I would like to thank you once again on behalf of my family for caring and looking after my stepfather. Your staff were also very caring and supportive to my mother Esther as well. You managed to offer such excellent care at very short notice over Christmas and New Year, for which I am grateful. You also came to visit both Lance and Esther to make sure that they were happy with the care they were receiving.

I have no hesitation in recommending your services in future.

Jeannine A

A huge thank you to the team at Health Professionals Homecare for helping my recovery to be less difficult. Yes, my recovery from an accident was difficult but without your team - all of you! - It would have been impossible for me to manage alone. Jessica, I thank you for your willingness to dig in by tidying, clearing the kitchen, washing linens so I could sleep in fresh linens. Rivia, your cooking helped me to build my strength and I thank you for showing me how to make special dishes. Michele, the interview prior to sending carers was ideal - you knew exactly what I required. Thank you. Chanel who takes care of the bookings and front desk proved to be as efficient as one could hope to find. Thanks to all of you! I'll call you if required, but, frankly, hope I'll not require care for a few year's yet! Best wishes and I recommend you to anyone seeking warm, friendly, competent assistance during convalescence.

Big thank you!

Michele [Jogee] absolutely delivers what she promises and more; she is very committed and honest.

The consistency between her carers is so impressive; there is continuity in attitude as well as skill, which really proves how carefully and sensitively then have been trained. Choosing Health Professionals Homecare out of all the companies we looked at was absolutely the right decision. Mum thinks of her carers as family now and even though she is gaining her independence, won’t be giving up her new family any time soon…
